If your address is more than 15 miles away from our office (Harrogate town centre) please contact before booking as travel time will need to be added to the cost). Note: Survey package 2 requires loft access through a loft hatch, so please ensure the loft is accessible via loft hatch and safe for the surveyor. Please relay any safety or hazard information. Also we can bring our ladders if required.
